You will not receive confirmation of your child's classes so please keep all original information. Please have your child report to their classes unless you receive a refund and notice that your requested class is full. You are responsible for making sure your child arrives at his/her FUN class. Any teacher/aide escorting of younger children to their FUN classes must be prearranged by you. Refunds can not be given for missed classes. SchoolHouse Chess is devoted to helping kids develop learning and thinking skills by teaching them chess. Chess has been proven to help with logic, memory, analysis, reading, mathematics, and has even been shown to improve IQ. However, SchoolHouse Chess understands the importance of making learning fun! We teach chess with fun characters and stories that are woven into a logical, step-by-step curriculum that begins with the basic rules and extends through advanced strategies and tactics.
